*If requesting for your Driver's License - please go to https://www.dps.texas.gov/section/driver-license/how-apply-texas-driver-license-teen and make sure you review your requirements and set an appointment before requesting this document. Once the VOE is provided, it is only good for 30 days.
Transcript RequestsIn most cases the facility requesting a transcript should request directly from the school. For example, if the student is transferring to another school in Texas, the new school will request the students records through Texas Records Exchange (TREx) which is required by law to securely transfer documents.
If the student is transferring to another school, please request a final report card and counselor's report - which shows credits received. The school will request additional documentation directly. You can request these items in the category below "Student Withdrawal Documents".
Official transcripts cannot be emailed to students or parents. They must be sent through a secure document service such as TREx or SchoolLinks directly to the facility requesting them.
If you still need an official transcript - please complete the form in the link below and the Registrar will contact you.
Unoffical transcripts provide information on what credits the students have. They are not signed by the registrar and you typically cannot use them for college or scholarship applications as they are not official proof of credits earned. They can be helpful when providing information to college advisors when choosing college classes or when applying for certain programs. If you would like a copy of your unofficial transcript, please complete the form in the link below.
