I have literally tried everything to get my Blaze to receive text message notifications after the 12.1 update. I have followed all instructions on how to receive notifications, and I've even completely deleted EVERYTHING and reinstalled. I am not getting phone call notifications, but still no text notifications. Anyone else?

Hi there @NShaw06, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry to hear that you're no longer receiving text messages after updating to iOS 12.1 Thanks for what you've already tried. I'll be happy to help you out with this.
Since your on the latest version of the OS, I can recommend first, making sure that you're on the latest version of the Fibit app and to remove your tracker from your connected Bluetooth devices and to set it up as a new device. For this, go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone. On your connected devices, look for your tracker. Tap on it, then choose the option that says "Forget this device".
Then, set it up as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem and you should be able to receive your notifications without a problem.
